§01

Information involved

Depending on the modules you use, this may include account and team details, shop and catalogue information, sales and purchase records, expenses, and support messages. If voice billing is enabled, audio and the resulting transcript may be processed to prepare a bill draft. Avoid entering sensitive personal information that is not needed for the transaction.

§02

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, provide billing and stock workflows, show business reports, maintain shop access, respond to support requests, protect the service, and meet applicable legal obligations. Laabo should use personal data only for stated service purposes and instructions documented with the customer.

§03

Merchant and service responsibilities

A merchant decides what customer or employee information to enter and is responsible for giving appropriate notices and having a lawful basis where required. Laabo provides the software and may process that information for the merchant. The exact legal roles and instructions should be recorded in the customer agreement.

§04

Voice and service providers

When a voice feature is enabled, audio or transcript data may be sent to the configured speech-processing provider to create a draft. The provider, purpose, retention settings and any cross-border processing should be disclosed in the relevant workflow and customer terms before production use.

§05

Retention, access and deletion

Records are retained for the service period and any applicable business or legal recordkeeping requirement. Retention periods, export paths and deletion timelines depend on the production configuration and the customer agreement; contact Laabo through your account support channel to make a request.

§06

Security and incidents

Laabo uses access controls and operational safeguards intended to protect information. No online service can promise zero risk. Production security descriptions should match the controls actually enabled, and suspected incidents should be reported promptly through the support channel in your account agreement.

§07

Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and your relationship to the data, you may ask to access, correct, erase or otherwise exercise rights over personal data. If your data was entered by a merchant, contact that merchant first; Laabo will assist the merchant where required by the service arrangement.

§08

Children and updates

Laabo is a business operations service and is not intended to create child accounts. This policy may change when the product or applicable requirements change. The effective policy and the date of the last update should be shown here.
