Laabo Terms
These terms describe the basic rules for accessing Laabo. Your signed order form or customer agreement controls commercial details and any negotiated terms.
Laabo provides software for retail billing, inventory, purchases, expenses, reporting, team access and related workflows. Features may vary by plan, configuration and release. We will describe material changes in the service or through the agreed customer communication channel.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials private, assigning access only to authorized people, and notifying Laabo when access should be removed. Each user must use their own account and follow the permissions assigned to them.
You remain responsible for the accuracy of product, price, tax, supplier, stock and transaction information entered into the service, and for reviewing outputs before acting on them. Voice-generated bills are drafts and require a person to confirm them.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another customer’s data, interfere with the platform, submit unlawful content, or use the product in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Applicable subscription, taxes, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in the order form or plan shown at purchase. No price or renewal term is created by this page alone.
We work to keep the service useful and available, but maintenance, network failures and third-party services can interrupt access. Support response targets apply only when stated in your customer agreement. Keep independent records where your business or law requires them.
You retain rights to your business information. You authorize Laabo to process it as needed to provide the service under the customer agreement. Laabo and its licensors retain their rights in the software, design and service materials.
Access may be restricted when needed to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or address unpaid fees under the relevant agreement. On termination, data export and deletion follow the customer agreement and applicable retention requirements.
The agreement should identify the contracting Laabo entity, governing law, dispute venue, support contact, warranty and liability terms. Those details must be confirmed in the signed customer agreement; this general page does not replace it.
